TO ALL WHO VIEW MY BLOG, AM VERY HAPPY TO BE A PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AND I HOPE I CAN COLOR YOUR WORLD.
When we wake up each morning we have to thank the LORD and/or ALLAH the Almighty, the giver of life, for the best sleep, rest and even dreams we had. And, starts to loosen up for the day's toil.
How healthy are we to face the day's stressful activities? Some people say they are ready, fit and energetic. Some say they have pains, cramps, and are not feeling well. How sad.
Many people say that they are still young and kicking, the olds are complaining. Why? It is because everyday is gaining up on us. WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER EVERYDAY. Right?
For the young, they are eager, energetic and exhaust energies to look for MONEY.
At that stage, they are still very dynamic and careless. They care less for their HEALTH while looking for WEALTH,until they get tired and sick only to realize their earnings just landed to hospital bills. Imagine and i am confused why the neglect for healthy living.
PARADISE IS HEALTHY LIVING i tell you. The food that we eat, the air that we breathe, the water that we drink, the environment that we are in are factors to good health.
What matters most for me is the FOOD that we take every day. Are you aware of that?
HAVE WE EATEN THE RIGHT BREAKFAST? How about LUNCH? SUPPER? Or we just take something to fill our stomach enough to start and end the day? Are we starting and ending the day right?
Some say they have eaten enough and had vitamins for the day. BE CAREFUL! The doctors are waiting for you anyway.
Common daily routine others have are: wake up, take coffee, exercise, take a bath, eat, eat, and eat, work, work, work go low bat. Drink,drink and drink wine/beer to energize then sleep.
The way things go not everybody could afford to do the same. Other's rights to living are diversified and unique but healthy living is just your own making.
What i am suggesting is THANK GOD FOR THE DAY'S TOIL, SLEEP EARLY, WAKE UP EARLY, THANK GOD AGAIN FOR THE NEW DAY, EXERCISE, EAT WELL, PRAY TO GOD FOR GUIDANCE.
What you eat may not be complete- you should take FOOD SUPPLEMENTS. I know you have your food supplements - there are so many of them. Be careful, the one you selected may be synthetics. They are dangerous. I take the best food supplement!!!!!
